30 by 31: Music and Thoughts

I have been grinding the past few days, so I am going to consolidate a few lessons in this post!

30 by 31, Lesson 13: Music makes everything better. Whenever I feel myself getting stressed, music gets me out of a rut. Dancing around wildly helps, too.

30 by 31, Lesson #14: Worry is a waste of time. Seriously, every single time I work myself up in a worry, I realize that it is never worth it. Though it feels justifiable to obsess during times I am feeling anxious, it never creates any solution to the problem. Never ever

30 by 31, Lesson #15: Be vigilant over your thoughts. Thoughts move around in our head at a break neck pace. Even with that, we can master our minds. Not going to lie, though, it requires vigilance. We have so many thoughts running the show, but we can take control and re-direct our thinking into anything that we want.
