30 by 31: Be Angry

Anger is a real emotion. It deserves to be honored. I have learned that it is okay to express anger (of course safely). That it is all energy that wants to be expressed. No more do I feel bad about being angry. When I allow myself to feel it, it actually dissipates more quickly. I also learn so much from it. I am no longer afraid to feel that energy and find productive ways to let it out.
